Injection molding machines have been running at Eyelematic for ten years. In May, 2001 we opened our state of the art injection molding facility. We operate more than 30 Nissei and Battenfeld molding machines from 60 - 400 tons. These machines are supported with silos of resin and extensive robotics. Molds are purchased from only top quality, American, mold builders. Mold repairs and spare parts are increasingly produced in our in house CNC department.
