Eyelematic controls every aspect of your design: Your design is converted into an engineering print. Tooling for your item is designed and built by our craftsmen. Your tooling will be custom fit into one of many eyelet machines. We operate more eyelet machines than any company supplying our industry. The finished shell can be anodized, buff and lacquered, or painted, all in house. Then decorated and assembled, again in house. Our assembly department can build equipment specifically to support your requirements. Do you need 200,000 assemblies a day? We can do it.

Eyelematic, a continually progressive company, has made significant investment in plastic injection molding capabilities. In May, 2001 we opened our injection molding plant one half mile from our main plant. We operate a large number of machines ranging from 75 - 400 tons. We mold 95% of the inserts we assemble into our metal shells. Did you know that we also are producing custom plastic closures for nail polish, tubes, and jars?
